Love the land? Feel at your best outdoors? Looking for a stepping stone towards a career in the countryside?
We have been running our flagship Rural Skills traineeship since 2016 and in 2025 we launched our MA in Rural Skills as an extension to this programme.
Past trainees have gone on to work in farming, estate management, ecology, conservation, and the fencing and forestry industries.
Both the Traineeship and Apprenticeship start in March each year.
